The most common complaints in this category are the same everywhere: leaking in transit, flavour that has faded before opening, and a coil that has been soaking for months. Our structure addresses all three by keeping the liquid away from the coil until use.
E-liquid sits in its own closed tank, separated from the coil. Nothing flows, nothing seeps, and the flavour is not exposed to the coil or to air. Shelf life is governed by the liquid, not by how long it has been sitting on a wick.
Press the bottom cover into the POD and the liquid flows into the lower chamber. Wait about a minute and the POD is ready. The user experiences the flavour as it was formulated, on the first draw.
Because liquid and coil are separate until activation, an empty POD can travel safely, be filled locally, and still deliver the same freshness promise. That is what makes our local filling route commercially real rather than a brochure claim.
