Take a proven Bluetooth smart vape platform as-is, adapt it, or develop something new. Whichever route you choose, you are working with a licensed OEM / ODM vape manufacturer — not a trading company.
An existing platform, your brand. Tooling exists, firmware exists, reliability testing is done — so the timeline is dominated by artwork, packaging and regulatory preparation rather than engineering.
New POD format, capacity, coil specification, firmware behaviour or app experience. Our protocol is ours, which means changes do not wait on a third-party module vendor.
Case material and anodized colour, bottom cover finish, screen content, battery capacity, charging spec, and the device-side firmware behaviour.
Capacity, coil resistance and material, mouthpiece and tube finishes, flavour set, nicotine strength, PG/VG ratio — and which data lives on the POD chip.
Branding, colour system, feature set, language, goal logic, statistics views. Native iOS and Android, rebranded for your programme.
Tell us the destination market, volume and format. We flag regulatory constraints up front, not later.
Platform selection or ODM scope. We confirm POD format, coil, capacity, strength and packaging.
Evaluation units and sample PODs for your testing, including reliability data and documentation.
Retail pack, blister and carton artwork developed and confirmed with you.
Product-specific technical documentation prepared for your destination market submission.
Scheduled on licensed lines with batch records, then shipped on JIT terms.

Shipping empty PODs and filling them locally can change the economics of a programme — on duty, on freight, and on how the product is classified. Our top-fill design and 10 × 10 fixture process were built for exactly this.
Load empty PODs onto the fixture, fill, seal the silicone, click the mouthpiece.
We specify the filling machines, punch tools and blister machines you need, and support commissioning.
Because oil and coil stay separated until activation, a locally filled POD still delivers the same freshness promise.
We would rather be precise here than impressive. Regulatory approval is granted to products and to applicants, not to factories. What we can do is make your submission easier to assemble and easier to defend.
The questions that come up in almost every first call. Where the honest answer is "it depends", we say so and tell you what it depends on.
A Bluetooth smart vape is an electronic cigarette whose POD contains an identification chip and whose device communicates with a smartphone app over Bluetooth LE. Because the app knows which POD is inserted and how it is used, it can track puffs in real time, store usage data while the device is offline and sync it later, lock the device, and locate it on demand. Anyvape has engineered this category since 2019 and has shipped it in volume since 2020.
Each POD carries a chip with a unique ROM ID. The device and the app read that ID, so a POD can be identified individually rather than treated as an anonymous consumable. This enables per-POD records of flavour, nicotine strength, capacity and remaining life, supports authentication of genuine consumables, and lets a brand distinguish its PODs from unlicensed copies.
Synbar S400 is a 6 mL refillable platform with a 900 mAh device, 2 A Type-C fast charging, a digital display and an anodized aluminium body. Synbar Q30 is a 2 mL TPD-format POD platform available in both PreFilled and Refillable versions, positioned for EU and UK markets and compatible with the widely installed OXVA™ Xlim™ battery base. Both share the same Bluetooth platform, the same chip-inside POD architecture and the same app.
Yes. The device reads the POD chip and adapts, so a single device accepts both PreFilled and Refillable PODs. A brand can therefore sell a closed consumable line and an open refillable line without asking customers to buy a second battery.
Synbar Q30 is built to EU and UK TPD limits — 2 mL POD capacity and nicotine strength within the 20 mg/mL cap — and has been notified in 14 European markets. Notifications are held by the applicant of record, so for a new brand the submission is made in the brand owner's or importer's name; Anyvape supplies the technical documentation that supports it. We do not describe any product as approved by a regulator.
Instead of shipping finished, filled PODs, Anyvape can ship empty PODs together with the filling equipment — jigs, filling machine, pressing station and blister packing. The importer fills locally in its own market. This reduces freight volume and duty exposure on finished e-liquid and keeps filling under the local operator's own regulatory permissions.
The brand owner, importer or authorised applicant is. Anyvape supplies the technical file, test reports, material data and manufacturing documentation; the marketing authorisation, TPD notification or PMTA submission itself is made and held by the applicant in the destination market. Nothing on this site constitutes regulatory approval or legal advice.
Yes, on three levels. Device: housing, colour, material and finish, logo, screen and battery specification. POD: capacity, coil resistance, flavour, nicotine strength, PG/VG ratio and packaging. App: branding, feature set and protocol integration, including custom firmware commands. White-label programmes use the existing tooling; ODM programmes develop new tooling.
Dongguan WeiQi Technology operates under Vape Manufacturing License No. 6144190099 and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification together with CE and RoHS documentation. This is a licensed manufacturing facility, not a trading company.
Designs are validated against seven reliability tests: negative-pressure leak testing, thermal shock, static storage, draw resistance, drop testing, vibration, and transport simulation. Results are documented and available to qualified OEM / ODM partners under evaluation.
Standard OEM and ODM runs are quoted at a 3–4 week lead time from confirmed specification and deposit. Minimum order quantity depends on the depth of customisation: white-label runs on existing tooling carry the lowest minimums, while custom CMF and full ODM development with new tooling require higher volumes. Send your target market, expected volume and launch window and we will quote against your specific programme.
Send your destination countries, expected volume and format preference. You will get a realistic answer on platform, MOQ, timeline and documentation — not a generic brochure.
